Although my niche in photography is natural, real and lifestyle type images we all need to do a little bit of tweaking to our images here and there. Doing so will bring the image to life even more so.
There are a few simple editing tools that I use to do this. Mainly all done in photoshop - I like to play around with the crop, composition, the white balance, lighting, the contrast and the levels.
I don’t completely smooth a babies face although I do remove any red tones, scratches and scrapes. All of the above editing tools help to make the image pop, make it brighter and easier on the eye - just a few little edits that really transform an image and bring it to life
