As we expand our business and always look for new ways to step up the client experience to the next level, we have recently decided to revamp our products and packages.
Everything needs a little makeover from time to time, right!
Client experience is the most important part of our business. You can have a fancy maternity shoot, or receive the most adorable pictures of your newborn baby.. however if the experience to get there was just OK then there is always room to improve
From the first point of communication to receiving your images from the last photoshoot that you have with us, we want to make sure that everything is covered and you feel that you have received the best experience possible
Since our new products and packages came into place, when our clients book with us they now receive a little thank you package for booking with us. This includes one of our personalised welcome magazines that covers everything you will need to know for your shoot. Where to find us, how to style your shoot (ie what to wear), what to expect and much more information, including some inspirational quotes, must have newborn baby products etc.
It makes a nice read, and makes our clients feel like they know us before we have even met
The next thing that had a little makeover was our packages and prices. We now offer 2 different package options for each photo shoot that we offer.
Package 1 - 10 digital images on a keepsake usb matched with 10 photo prints. You get to choose these images yourself at a viewing appointment.
Package 2 - All 20+ digital images on a keepsake usb matched with all 20+ digital images. There are also other little goodies thrown in with this package, and no need for a viewing appointment, which makes this a slightly faster process than package 1
And lastly we have changed the packaging that you will receive. Most of the packaging is fully recyclable (although we know that you will be keeping the packaging as it is so beautiful!) - and we have kept it inline with our photography style which is natural and so very simple looking.
From the natural box that your products comes in, to the super cute glass usb bottle with a cork lid, to the luxury 7x5 photo prints… we know you will love.
